The goal of the game is to collect (in simple terms, to eat) all points on the screen-level, while avoiding meeting with enemies and collecting useful bonuses. Enemies are different creatures that crawl out of the center of the screen. It is practically impossible to cope with them, so you have to avoid them in any way. The role of useful bonuses is performed by fruits, collecting which we increase the final score of the game. Also, sometimes there are “plot” things such as keys that need to be taken for further advancement (to open something and so on). Why the above is said “almost” in terms of fights with enemies - because in the corners of the labyrinth you can sometimes find circles, after eating which all enemies will temporarily turn into food and can be eaten (but this happens for a while). Sometimes you can also find things that will weaken them (a strong weakening also leads to becoming food), depending on the world, these bonuses are different (fire, water, whirlwind, and so on).

The game is given five lives. You can pass the worlds only sequentially - first one, then the other, and each level will have to be overcome twice. You can not save the game. The graphics have improved dramatically compared to the original - now we have really beautiful backgrounds. Of course, it is possible that the most severe fans of the original Pac-Man can take this game as “pop” or, God forbid, even its “casual” version, but I assure you that in fact CD-Man is a good one. and a difficult game, even if it is inferior in complexity to the original, and now, in general, it has become almost the same classic as he himself. Therefore, we can recommend this thing to everyone without exception.
