Magic Carpet 2: The Netherworlds is great continuation of a great game.

Compared to the first part, the graphics became better, the ability to pump spells appeared, the more you use them, the steeper they become, and the world itself became not only dark and gloomy, but missions also appeared underground in the vast networks of caves.

The game has become much more difficult. Not only because of the expanded assortment of the enemy, it is also due to the limitations imposed by the terrain, at certain levels. In some "underground" missions, we simply have nowhere to place a large enough base for strong spells. And oh, how they are needed, because the goals of the missions in the caves are no longer primitive "gather all the mana" or "kill them all." We have to break through the hordes of enemies, fall into ambushes, explore mazes for new scrolls with spells and teleports in secret corners. All this will require the player not only patience and care, but also competent management of mana and sometimes restructuring of their base from scratch.
