Robosport
RoboSport is a truly wonderful turn-based strategy in which you have to form a team of five different robots and program (!) Their behavior in battle.
Of course, this is not a masterpiece such as Omega, where the game has its own fully-developed programming language developed specifically for it, but the general meaning is still similar. As it was said, the team of robots has five different, each of which has special skills and abilities. Each turn is a round; after it, you can adjust the program of action of the robots as desired, so that you can then send them back to battle. It is very important to note that in this game (as in Omega) there is no place for the slightest chance, “luck” and other things - only the one whose program (that is, the battle strategy) is always the winner. Multiplayer supported.
Graphically, the game (especially in the version for Windows) looks great, despite the top-down perspective of the review. In general, it’s a really very difficult and smart game, perfect for developing programming skills and strategic thinking, captivating with its merciless honesty, but not getting the highest score because of the existence of Omega, which, unfortunately or not, surpasses this thing simply by everything. But if it’s too complicated for you, and playing something like that pulls, then RoboSport is the best choice for you.
